Absolutely! Before Comet Automotive commences servicing your car we’ll give you a ring with a full estimate of the work required and all associated costs.

Q: Do I have to pay on the day of the job and how can I pay?
Payment is made upon the completion of your car services and we accept EFTPOS, all major credit cards, cash, and cheque if you pre-arrange it with us.

Q: Do you provide a warranty?
At Comet Automotive, we stand behind all our professional European car servicing. We guarantee our work, providing all our clients with a no hassle, twelve-month car service warranty on all repairs, servicing, and new parts.

Q: Can Comet Automotive do all car services?
Yes we can! Comet Automotive is equipped and experienced to handle all car repairs, services, auto-electrical, air conditioning, exhaust, suspension repairs and much more.


Q: Are your technicians qualified?
Absolutely. We only employ technicians who are fully qualified and have been in the trade for 4 years or more.

Q: How soon can a technician see my vehicle?
At Comet Automotive, we always try to organise an assessment of your car within 48 hours of your call. Appointments for car services are made within 7 working days of our first contact.

Q: What are your operating hours?
We’re open from from 7.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. We have a key drop facility if you would like to organise early drop offs.
